Multi-level cooking allows for different cooking methods with different heat zones.
These are just some basic configurations, but the possibilities are endless with this flexible system!
BRAAI

*Place your Braai Grid directly on the fire ring of the Divide & Conquer. This is ideal for that high heat braai scenario. Braai steak, grill King-Prawns, or tan your favourite boerewors.
BAKE/PIZZA

*Set your Half-moon Grids on the upper level of the Divide & Conquer. Then place your Pizza Stone on top of the Deflector Plates to ensure low and slow convection heat. This would allow you to bake nearly anything as you would in your oven as well as make Pizza.
DIVIDED COOKING

*Set your Half-moon Grids on the upper level of the Divide & Conquer. Then place your Pizza Stone on top of the Deflector Plates to ensure low and slow convection heat. This would allow you to bake nearly anything as you would in your oven as well as make Pizza.
LOW HEAT

*Set your Half-moon Grids on the upper level of the Divide & Conquer. This setting results in lower heat. This also allows you to place a drip-tray on the drip-tray holder on the lower level when using accessories like the chicken sitter. (Also – Lower temperature Searing)
HIGH HEAT

*Set your Half-moon Grids on the lower level of the Divide & Conquer. This setting results in high heat close to the charcoal ideal for Searing and Braaiing.
INDIRECT COOKING

*Place both Deflector Plates on the lower level and your Half-moon Grids on the upper level. This setup is perfect for convection style cooking for those Sunday slow-roasts or even potjie. For the most succulent and tender results this is the one for you.
